What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect some non-personally identifiable information automatically and some in our registration and contact forms. Contact forms

Our site’s registration and contact forms may request or require users to give us personally identifiable information (like their name, telephone number, business name, business address and e-mail address). We may use the information from our registration and contact forms to contact the user, but users may opt-out of receiving future mailings (see the opt-out section below). Dysart’s uses Google Analytics to track technical data on users, including user counts, bounce rates, landing pages, and pages visited. To purchase items from the Dysart’s online store or pay for oil deliveries, users are required to provide personal data. (Name, company, address, phone number, email address, and credit card.) This information is necessary in order to successfully place and ship orders for our customers. Name, company, and address are used to ship items while the phone number may be used if we need to contact individuals. The email address is for notifying users of their order information and to provide a receipt. This site does not store complete credit card information and can only access the last four digits of the credit card number and expiration date. All of this data is shared with third party plugins (as further described below).


Dysart’s uses Townsquare Ignite to assist in collecting data on users visiting the website through ‘organic’ web searches. Townsquare Ignite does not have any access to user data from the website itself or those that go to the site. The retargeting pixels that we place are scrubbed of all personal data and anonymized. This helps us to tailor advertising that we think may be of interest to users and to collect and use other data about user activities on our site (e.g., to allow them to tailor ads on third party services). If you have filled out a form on this site or have purchased one of our products, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Where we send your data

Some non-personally identifiable information, like a user’s IP address, is collected by our Google Analytics account.
